At Kamand factory the salt crystals are dried, ground and granulated via a special procedure and packed for used in fishery, water-treatment and other industries.
Rifan salt factory
This factory built in year 2000 on an area of about sixty thousand square meters with a super structure of 8.000 square meters, employs the most modem machinery imported from SULZER. At this plant, salt is thoroughly purified, iodinized and after treating with permissible amounts of potassium iodate and anti-cake substances, they are packed in (600 , 800 and 1000 gram) packages. This product is distributed in domestic market as Rifan Iodinized pure salt label with 99.5 percent purity and exported to international markets packed specially for export shipment.
